That Harry Potter look-alike Bill Gates doesn't allow his chat room to be accessed by individuals using superior computing systems. That means that people such as Code, Kristia Knowles, and myself cannot share our rapier-like wits with the EF masses.

In summary.. :bawling:

no... i was right. apple died in the 80's.

Ok Steve Ballmer, I get the point - you don't like Apple. What is it? Did the other kids not let you play Oregon Trail on them when you were in elementary school? There must be some deeply seeded event that causes this anger.

I don't hate Apple... I actually think Apple is funny. They fucked up so bad in the 80's that it's hard not to laugh at them. They were the future of home computing and now they're a sad sad company that just won't seem to die. Apple made Bill gates a billionaire, so it was funny when he saved the company in '97 by investing $150 mil and agreeing to make a Mac version of Office for the next five years. If MS ever stops making Office for the Mac, Apple will die faster than you can say Snake Oil Steve Jobs.

By the way, you gotta laugh at Apple's brilliant move in the early 80's, "Hey Bill, here's the source code to our operating system. But no cheating!'" LMAO.

lmao...Very Good one Pikey.

Also...Hey Xerox what is the source code for that gui thingy? Thanks guys we just want to play with it. It's pretty worthless.

Man you'd have thought Xerox would've cashed in on all that stuff they developed at PARC. The GUI, mouse, windows etc... They're still making some awesome stuff like digital paper.
