Ma first cycle is PCT necessery

I am in a cycle
1-3 week-sustanon 250
4-5 week-sustanon 500
5-8 week-sustanon 250

i hav reached the fourth week

What should i do for PCT i hav been takin nolva 10 mg every day
after the cycle should i take clomid or continue with nolva
and is HCG necessery and if i take what should be the dose

you don't need to take nolva ed on cycle.

nolva prevents estrogen binding to the er - so when you finish post cycle and stop taking nolva - you still have estrogen floating around and can have all the effects you would normally get from high estrogen levels.

Clomid yes - HCG if u want.

Personally i never use HCg cause im acne prone and when using hcg the acne i get in days is unreal. Having said that clomid givesme problems as well
