M1T staying in my system

How long does a ph like M1T stay in my system I am going to be having a steroid test in a few weeks as part of my meps in processing for going back on active duty.

Guy's I really need help here I got to Mepps on Saturday and will be taking a urynalyis that will include steroids I need to know how long M1T will stay in my system as I have last took them today. I need to have it out of my system by Saturday how can I do that?
