Start with androgen loading (long and short acting agents should be used, but one has to pay strict attention to clearance times).
The next step is the addition of antiestrogens to assist in prevention of drastic water retention.
After the androgen loading is complete, one should introduce a milder anabolic preparation to further increase the anabolic potential of the cycle. Once achieved, the milder anabolic should be substituted with an oral steroid drug of choice, to ensure a fast clearance
At the end of the cycle you must take a lot of Clomid which will raise your natural level of testosterone.
Day 1-10: 250mg of Omnadren(or Sustanon) every day & 2tabs of Anadrol/day
Day 8-16: 200mg of Deca Durabolin every other day & 1 tabs of Anadrol/day
Day 17-20: 6tabs of D-bol/day
Day 21-23: 4tabs of D-bol/day
Day 24-26: 2tabs of D-bol/day
Antiestrogens:
Proviron: 25 mg every day(1-30days)
Nolvadex: 20 mg every day before sleeping(1-30days)
Clomid: 100mg(2tabs) first 10days(27-36days) than 1 tab for 10days
Eat minimally 300grams of protein!!! I suggest you to take 50-80 grams of Protein from whey(Nitrotech or some other high quality products which contain whey isolate) after training. But first thing after trainig if you will take insulin is simply carbohidrates; dextrose. You can take also dextrose with Creatine(2 servings of Phosphagain HP from EAS) after trainig for optimum results.
