I began cutting htis week...so chicken rice and veggies pour moi.

I guess we have different metabolisms......the bottom line is caloric total.
 
Protein shake with 2% milk, rice and stir fried can of tuna. Damn thats some good tuna... Drain it, brown it on the stove, add a bit of sugar, black pepper, drizzle fish sauce.. ummmm
 
A big Ass jethro size bowl of Spaghetti and sauce with a fat cheeseburger plopped on top.

Vomit cheese sprinkled on top
 
10 oz ground top sirloin(extra lean, cooked on foreman grill)
3 oz macaroni(before cooking) and cheese(made it fat free)
1 scoop protein powder w/ 8 oz. skim milk

calories 650+/-
protien 90
carbs 72
fats ?? <5

Since I worked last night and just woke up, lunch is breakfast, a chocolate protein shake with a scoop of peanut butter.:p

I bet you could`nt eat that without getting your shirt stained. Especially a white shirt.
