Back to Keto for me.

8 oz hamburger steak with cheese
Half of a hamburger bun
32 oz water
 
One hour ago, I had 2 chicken breasts (grilled), bar b q sauce, 3 graham crackers and a Diet Coke.

Work out is in 45 minutes. After that, protein shake, two more chicken breasts at home, and a tbone at the Labamba resturant with friends tonight. Another protein shake before bed.

My lunch was bland. Sorry.
 
Shake - 60 grms of protien.

Im trying a moderate diet and am actually trying to back off the amount of protein I have been taking in.
 
What is this lunch you speak of?

Meal #3-#7

8 oz chicken breast
1 medium baked yam
1 cup mixed raw veggies(cauliflower,broccoli,carrots,green pepper)
1 Tbs Olive Oil for flavor

Meals #1, 2 and 8 are different.
 
5 pound per bag big thick plastic bags.

It taste okay.

The Vanilla is the best flavor.
 
I just went to an awards luncheon and ate like 30 little club sandwiches. They were good, just so damn small. Even the cookies were bigger......
 
9:30 red beans & rice and a chicken breast
11:00 peanut butter honey on wheat w/ cherry vanilla yo-lite yogurt

1:30 post workout smoothie

2:00 peanut butter and honey on wheat

3:30 turkey and swiss on wheat with baby carrots

6:00 t-bone, baked potato and a salad

8-8:30 To be determined.
