How so??

Under 30 grams of carbs...

Ritz crackers and "some" crescent rolls? Under 30 gr? You sure about that Doris?

High GI carbs nonetheless, and nasty saturated fat in the soup.

yeah..."some" as in I cooked 2 pounds of breasts at once Mary Poppins.

Low fat soup as well dumb-ass

I meant "some unrolled crescent rolls" dickhead. And you said nothing about "low fat" soup initially.

So kiss my ass.

Damn you are clueless...the "rolls" were for ALL the chicken.....and its a REALLY good thing i used the LOW fat soup...the regular has a whopping 2 grams of saturated fat in it......

...so...anything else you wanna debate??

after all you ARE the masterdebater.

Well aren't we fierce. Apparently I don't tape enough Martha Stewart episodes to know that crescent rolls are in fact chicken.

Good luck on the "diet" sport.

What the fuck are you babbling about....try READING what I posted...I know some of the words are multisyllabic, but try to keep up:

pan fried some breasts in some extra virgin olive oil....took them out and sliced them in half....coated in cream of mushroon soup....rolled thru some ritz crackers and WRAPPED IN some unrolled crescent rolls....baked with all kinds of spices...quite tastey

now.....why is that so difficult for you to understand?

The cresent rolls are NOT chicken assclown.....how on earth did you assume that?

You are the one popping off about saturated fat and this and that and you dont EVEN have a fucking clue.

OK, I'll play. It's pretty slow today.

I see chicken coated in fatty soup, rolled in high GI ritz crackers and placed (very daintily no doubt) into an even higher GI crescent roll.

Looks like the diet of the century to me chica. :)

YOU are a little slow today.....

see.....IF you knew how to breakdown a macronutrient profile...the per serving would look like this:

Protein - 35 grams
Fat - 10 grams
Carbs - 25-30 grams....

40% protein....
25% fat
35% carbs.....

350 cals per serving......

Fatty soup?
High Gi ritz crackers??

Keep guessing son, you are bound to be right about something......

Please...continue to make a bigger ass of yourself....
