Two shitty lean pockets and some yogurt. Actually i have never tried lean pockets but I was in a hurry and I assume they aren't good.

I really sympathize - I did 8 weeks of that with only 3 cheat meals all together.

How is your cutting going??

its getting the point of hell bro, like my appetite is super supressed very little energy even when carbed up, strength has remained stagnant which is a plus. Tired of eating the way i have been day in and day out, too bland oh so bland, although this ala isnt helping im sure lol
 
I did some digging - for full carb refreshing at my weight which was 205 it would take about 600 grams of carbs.....remember that on the refeeder days
