Lunch

I had the runs. And after all that cayenne in my lrex/trex it was fucking geyser of fire, i can tell you.
 
LOL... sounds like my breakfast today. I plowed down half a Tiramisu from Trader Joe's, chased w/ a Diet Coke.
 
Footlong sweet chicken teriaki from subway and a half of a shake
 
Right now: Beef and noodles, from Hungry Man.
In about an hour: Probably a sandwich of some kind.
In about 2-3 hours: Quart of milk + whey protein.
 
Turkey and cheese, on toasted whole wheat, with a bottle of "high-quality H2O."

Damn all you, and your fast metabolisms!
 
I just got up a little bit ago, so I'm eating breakfast so to speak.

2 Chorizo Con Juevos in Flour Tortillas with shredded potato mixed in.

1 fat free low carb baked chicken patty

and a glass of diet coke.

Just worked out, had a protein shake. Lunch will be late as a result...2:15 or so. I plan on taking down 225g of Lou's BBQ Co. shaved beef. That'll give me 41g of protein, 7g of fat, and 15.25 g of carbs from the meat. Haven't decided whether I'm gonna eat it on it's own, or carb-splurge and put it in a kaiser bun.
