I'm gonna try 2 cans of Albacore (bumble bee) Tuna, and a few
packs of Texas Pete Hot sauce poured over it..

What's the Dif between Sushi and Sushimi ?

sashimi is generally just pieces of raw fish where as sushi is a broader category encompassing rolls as well. right?

Cut up thin pieces of raw sea criters in Sashimi and sushi is basically the rolls. Also Sashimi is based on salt water raw sea criter.
