Lunch Time!

Do you cook your meals the night before?
And if you do, do you heat it up when you eat it, or eat it cold.

I have no microwave at work, so I cook it the night before, and then before I leave for work, I microwave it, and it kinda stays warm by the time I eat it.
Just wondering?

I cook my meals the night before... sometimes I heat them. Sometimes I eat it cold.. it all depends on how busy I am.

Actually, I don't think I've had KFC since I posted that last! You are too SUH-weet.....................I'm just lucky, I really don't have to pay attention to anything that has to do with the word "DIET"! Baby, its all in the genes..............my answer "METABOLISM".

I guess the whole metabolism thing doesn't work as well as yours does, maybe I have an extended warrenty on mine, and I can trade it in for something with more power. I will try the heel clicking next time I try to locate you, I hope it works. I just hope I don't need ruby red slippers, cuz all I have is alpine silver.

As for the rest of you guys, is anybody going out to like a restaruant, or something, I'm wishing I was at the La Peep restaruant here, that place is bombtrack ,they serve badass healthy food. But no, I have to eat at my desk, like the lemming they have trained me to be.

What's the impact?

Don't get me wrong, Jerky is good.. I've been trying to cut up some and have been watching my sodium intake a little more closely and I know Jerky is loaded w/ sodium. I was thinking about the water retention.

I see you are driking a lot of h2o so I guess the impact would be minimal, since the extra water help to flush.

Hell I dont even remember what lunch is. When you eat 7-8 times a day, it is just another feeding. However, my next feeding will consist of:

2 chicken breast
Brown rice
Steamed broccoli
Protien Shake
