two baked chicken breasts, microwave brown rice, diet A&W root beer (da bizzomb), 1 r-ALA tab.
 
pb&jam hog fest, two strawberry poptarts, a bowl of pasta with chopped tomatos and garlic up the wazzoo and I am headed for ice cream right now.

Can you say 'binge'? I knew you could.
 
A wrap sandwich complete with tomatos, spinich leaves, red onions and peppers.... and seasoned with olive oil.

And 1 large diet Coke....:)
 
4 oz brown rice, 5 oz chicken breast, hot sauce, 1/4 cup peanuts, diet 7-up, 4 fish oil caps, 1 multi vit, 2 zinc (60 mg total), 2 ginger root extract pills

le tre drole!
 
Carbed up this afternoon for short carb up. A friend and I split that dominoes's deal where you get 3 pizzas for $5 each...so I ate 1.5 medium pizzas. Won't need any more carbs for a few days.
 
Lunch thread? Geez, it's 3:30 over here, more like my 5th meal of the day :D

La Tortilla Factory low carb/high fiber tortilla with 3oz sliced meat and 3oz sliced chicken breast, topped with 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 cup shredded FF cheese and a little chimichurri

a nice portion of veal parmigiana (fat free mozz) with a small amount of whole wheat spag. in marinera sauce.

Went to a Korean Buffet

Had a ton of sushi(mostly salmon and tuna)
About 3\4-1 lb of Bul Go Gi-awesome stuff
Few pieces of chicken
spinach and sprout dishes
steamed rice

Been about an hour since..almost time to eat again:)
 
blt on whole wheat toast.
sushi later. :)
