just wondering if anyone can tell me if sometimes lumps are not serious when found in your nutsack?? Does it mean its automatically cancerous or can it be something else, not serious??

Desman, If the lumps are on the testicles themselves then get to a urologist right away. I just went through a big ordeal with testicular cancer and early detection is the difference between life and death. I only had one tiny lump which was barely noticable but a sonogram revealed a tumor. Any questions feel free to PM me.

These may or may not be dangerous. Blood vessels can enlarge over time and feel like lumps around the testicle, attached to the side or rear. BUT why would you EVEN ASK?> Testicular cancer is a very real possiblitiy and it can be deadly, quickly. Get thee to a good doctor immediately...do not wait until next week...do it now! TEst will show whether or not this is a bad thing. YOu cannot afford to listen to anyone but TWO qualified doctors on this subject. One diagnosis is NOT enough if you have concerns. PERIOD!
