What did you inject should been the first question. I wouldn't sweat it the day after, massage it with a warm/hot cloth. It's normal.

andropen,I am going to massage it but when I touch it I start to feel pain that is my doubt

My first few injections of test 400 gave me a huge lump, lasted about a week, i used heat and massage, also, if you get some of that green rubbing alcohol, and rub that on it, helps as well. I was really worried about it for a few days, then i noticed it starting to shrink and i was fine. I won't lie, mine was painful and tender, but still nothing serious.

Hot then cold bring should bring the bastard down. Heat pad for 45 mins then ice for 45 mins.
