lube when injecting

do you think lubing the needle make pinning less painful? I have been pinning test but for some reason I feel it very
painful , I tried buttock and delts but still can't handle it.

are you using too thick a needle?

also you could try numbing the top of the skin where most of the nerves are with some ice.. don't numb the muscle! just the skin

Sounds like you are using way too big a needle gauge for your injections.

A 23 or 25 gauge is perfect for injections. The needle tip will slide right into the muscle with very little pressure
