Cyanide in acid is an urban legend. Why would you dissolve LSD crystal into cyanide when everclear or vodka is sold down the street.

It also isnt produced in the manufacturing process nor is it used at all.

He means that LSD is only detectable in the bloodstream for 15 secs... it's actually longer (more like a few minutes) but after that it (supposedly) collects in your spinal fluid. The only way to detect LSD use is via spinal tap... which is not going to happen if you're arrested or something.
