Lowering SHBG, what di you use..?

I know provirinwill help with this, also avena Sative. But what more is there to lower the SHBG. Can't get avena in high doses to a good price as we europeans are not allowed to order frpm the AC store, need this shit now also. Proviron is out right now from where I get my stuff..so what else is there???????

well if you do get the avena sativa, make sure there is at least 5 or 7% avenacosides A&B (thats the important part for shbg)
as far as other natural remedies go:
there is also muira puama with a good ratio of active extract (and possibly nettle root)

also decreasing shbg: lowering estrogen, rising gh levels, and most oral steroids
