Lower BF% while on...

I am now in week 7 of my ten week cycle of test. Its crazy how much I have leaned out and i dont even do any cardio. Is this common for test? I have almost put on 12 lbs of bw while leaning out. Not really sure how much actually muscle mass I have put on.

It's all about the diet. I eat way to much fast food and pizza so I throw on all sorts of weight but if you eat good then alot of it will be lean.
 
Well the thing is when you put on muscle your reating metabolic rate gets high and ou burn more calories while doing nothing not counting what you do while you work out. If you diet is clean you will put on some good lean muscle.

That and the fact that when you add muscle, but maintain the same amount of BF, percentage wise your BF% will drop due to the ratio.
 
When I did test-200 before it did the same for me.I was eating nothing but chicken and steak basicly and drinking water and protein shakes.
