Lower Abs Poking Out... What Am I Doing?

I'm at 12.5% bf, but no visible abs. I'm not bloated, but my lower abs are getting almost a bloat look to them where they are pushing outward and I have to kinda suck it in. What's worse is that it just pushes out what fat is left on my lower abs and makes it look worse... Anything in my routine forcing this to happen? My diet is very clean, and I do cardio almost every day.

idk. seems like my lowers are doing it and not the uppers. like something i am doing is working the lowers more causing them to become larger faster and not in synch with the uppers.
i don't want to look like a frickin pregnant woman. ;)
 
youre doing too much ab work. try doing dropping the weight on your crunches, and just do angleboard crunches. then toss in some oblique work.
