do i need more carbs???? Am I losing weight from all the fat/pro meals?

But my test scoress bcame about around 200 again....I'e been on and off the patch and nothing has changed.....docs dont seemed concerned and keep me on the patch. My strength sucks now and I'm starting to worry. Is the low test making me lose weight? I've been tested for everything and its all negative.......I'm 6'2, and 175 sub 9% now.....I need the cardio just to eat, is the excessive training cause my levels to sink? Will I ever get back to 225 with low test? Should I just run my own 12-16 weeker with test e and some eq? Then a solid pct and see if it helps??? I think it would be wasting gear since I should be 200 easy natty, agreed? Havent been on gear in years, so I dont know why my levels could be low.........fats are decent, cals might be too low, but would that cause the weight loss? can one gain with such natty levels LOW????!?!? Much thnks bros.....

Low test could also be caused by insufficient sleep and rest, by stress, or by not enough fat in the diet (since the body produces testosterone from cholesterol). Are you getting enough rest, keeping stress at bay and eating enough fats? Your diet as shown above looks like it might be low in fat. Also, since vitamins and minerals are used in many of the body's processes, are you getting a balanced diet rich in nutrients (can't hurt to ask)?

Another thing that can happen is you can become carb depleted on a too-low carb diet. What I think happens is glycogen reserves in the muscle dwindle. The muscles become smaller and less full, and strength decreases. I think it's important to eat lots of carbs, especially complex carbs. I just try to eat them early in the day, i.e not within 3 hrs of sgoing to bed.

I'm prety fed up with losing weight.....I want to jack the cals, but afraid it will onl be fat if my test levels are low.....make sense or will t only help my levels? I get 6 hrs of sleep, 30 minutes of cardio every am then go to the office........am I carb depleated?

What if I just pack 50g of protein for meals a day. Be it in the form of egg white, cotage cheese, chicken, beef, whey, whatever..........then just make sure to get at least 800 cals in each meal. No holds barred approach. Anything from ww bread, to salad, to oats, to porridge, to quiznoos, to whatever is around.....just to ensure that solid 50g of pro 6x a day..........decent? No junk of course, ie. cookies cakes and crap.....just solid "decent" foods......
