Low test levels

hey guys i had my test levels checked and it was low i am 40 yrs old and i just wanted to know if i wanted to do my own injections how many mgs of test should i do to increase my levels and also do i need to use arimidex or since it wont be a lot of test will it throw my system out of whack or just make me feel good and have my levels in the normal range thanks john

250mgs is what I like to cruise at, I'm bout ur age I don't need adex at that dose but I keep all that stuff on hand
