Low Test E, High Tren E Log

Here we go! Started last night.

CYCLE

Weeks 1-10 - 400mgs Tren E Split 2x Week
Weeks 1-12 - 250mgs Test E split 2x Week(yes only 250 a week)

Caber E3D, Armidex E3D, HCG 500iu's week 3-14

Had Noval/Clomid PCT lined up. Switching to Post Cycle, Unleashed and Exemestane.

Stats
23 (I know I am too young, comment if you wish)
6'1
195 lbs
12-15% BF

I am going to be using the below headings every week. So you can just skip to what you are interested in or read it all. If you would like me to add a heading or comment on an observation/feeling not covered just let me know.

Week#1

Training
I do a 4 day split. Back/ Bi's, Chest/ Tri's, Shoulder/Traps/Forearms, LEGS
Currently: Bench 225x8
PR: Bench 225x16 '
I don't max. Not that I don't want to, just have to be disciplined and not do it. I am fine with answering (WHAT DO YOU BENCH?) with 225x?

Just a little on how I lift. I switch between Heavy 5x5's, light 3x12's, burnouts until failure. Sometimes Ill do all in one workout. Sometimes I stick to one. Just depends on the mood. I like putting up heavy weight, just as much as a like taking lighter weight, slowing down and forcing blood into the muscles.

Joints
I put this as a heading because it seems like I am in a constant battle with joint pain. I know I am only 23 but it is an issue for me so if you don't care move to the next section. Right now joints feel great, I have a shit tons of joint supps. Hopefully they help me on the go round. Ill admit my tendons and joints are lagging behind my strength. I was a small frame, 6"1, 160, 20 year old, when I found this passion, so my shit is still catching up. Currently wear wrist wraps on pushing exercises and my wrist still bother me for 24-48 hrs after a heavy day (nothing I can't handle). Right knee has been a little banged up, currently at about 70%. Should be 100% when things start rolling in motion. Voltarin gel is my friend!


Strength
Strength is good. Somewhere around 70% of my person records on most lifts. I set all my PR's on my last Test/Deca cycle. I looked like a bloated fish also. Might not break them this go around. Don't really care. We will see if my attitude changes week 6 when i am a TRENASAUROUS. <<< Got that from someone on here, can't fine the post, but hollar if you read this.

Mood
In this section I will comment on my interactions with my family, friends and co workers. I believe logging this section will help me keep an eye on my temper and depression. Tren is known for this but writing actions down seems to put things into a better perspective. I am a super easy going person. It is almost impossible to get under my skin. Only time I have ever been depressed was my first PCT, noval had me acting like a bitch, plus I didn't know that it was coming, which made it harder to manage. Lasted about a week, when test levels were super low.


Negative Sides
Sore ass, lol. This is almost a positive side for me now. You freaks know what I am talking about.

Diet
I know I need to ramp this up, and I will but this is the section I would like people to comment most on. I spent tons of hrs researching and tons of money on food. I do my best and I am going to be completely honest in this section because it is by far the most important aspect of a cycle.

Currently
Meal#1(breakfast)=
4-6 eggs, 2 slice wheat toast, 1 serving fruit. 1 cup coffee after so it does suppress my appetite. (my vice)

Meal#2(Lunch)=
Turkey/Chicken/Chopped beef/Fish for 2, one serving vegetables.

Meal#3(Dinner, Pre workout)=
Turkey/Chicken/Chopped beef/Fish for 2, one serving vegtables(rice or potatoes), 1 serving carbs (rice or potatoes)

Meal#4(post WO)= Whey protein blend with whole milk and whatever goodies I can find (bananas, peanut butter, strawberries) I AM A BLENDER not a shaking lol's.

I am going to add shakes between meals 1and2, 2and3. But I haven't yet. Again don't say it's shit without adding suggestions. I really work on this but it is the hardest part for me. Ill admit I slack some when I am off. Time to Focus baby!!



MISC.
SOOO READY!!!! First time with Tren!!! O yeah and I have plenty of test to ramp it up if the ratio doesn't hit well. If the tren is too much, I'll continue with the classic Test E 500-600 mgs week.


I will be adding week 1 VS week 5 and Week 1 Vs week 5 VS End Pictures. So not posting before pictures until, I see some results haha. About week 4-5 Ill do a comparison. Plus if know one is following, ill just say fuck it.
 
How many cycles have you done before?

do you think or know if you will need any anti e at that dosage?

you shouldve gotten your diet dialed in before you started this cycle.

you should be taking in about 2x the protein your currently taking in and that is going to be hard to do over night. you can try the gomad way which is to drink a gallon of milk a day. that is a lot of cals and protein and its easy to down.

you just need to add meals and add more food to each meal. it is best to do this slowly over time but if you are jumping on the cycle soon you just gotta man up and shovel the food in. if not you are wasting the gear.

I've done 2 correctly... All other experiments were uneducated, wastes of time...

I know the test is low, but a very low dose Anti E every three days, couldn't hurt...Right? might make recovery easier... IDK... just want to keep everything in check...

I know my current diet is not gonna cut it. Last cycle I had it dialed in. No excuses, I know I eat more and better than the vast majority of people, but that isn't good enough. I am going to get it right. Ill post my diet updates week/ by week.

@everyone-
I am not going to post each meal and each workout set by set. I find when I read logs I get tired of that. But I will be detailed on my sample meal plan from the previous week and I will comment and provide details on workouts from the previous week. Just a summary for the most part.
 
Week#2= 3 injections so far, E3d Injections

Training
Felt strong in the gym yesterday. I did the 90's x 8 on my 4th set of flat bench DB. Went for the 100's got 3 reps but the weight is bent, so it made the lift awkward. 95's next time. :(


joints
Everything feels good... BioFreeze is the shit. Put a little on my trouble wrist and knee and I am G2G.


Strength
No real gains to speak of, but that is expected this early.

Mood
Everything is copasetic.



Negative Sides
I am going to switch the injections to the AM and see how it works, Cuz I was awake all night sweating(not to bad). Previous 2 injections I noticed some mild insomnia but this 3rd one was very noticeable. Going to get NyQuil, and Meltonian...

Diet

We had a family gathering this weekend and everyone went to pizza hut. It is mostly my wife's family and they already were looking at me crazy because I was carrying my gallon of H2O. They go "what kinda pizza do you like?" I replied "I am on a diet I cannot eat pizza..." The waitress comes around everyone orders the crap and then it was my turn, "I'd like 22 traditional wings no sauce" Everyone "I thought you were on a diet" I AM BABY GET SOME!!! ate everyone of them bitches.

My mind felt sharp like it was 12 noon at 4 in the AM last night.... O Tren...
 
good luck..

just something to look out for are the signs of low estrogen. it can hurt you and hurt your gains and cycle.

also watch your joints if your weights start increasing big time. you need to take care of them and watch out for sudden increases.

Low estrogen signs can be hard to nail down while taking Tren... What Signs do you look for? I am only taking .5 mgs Arimidex E3D...

Learned the Joint issue the hard way. Too strong for my body last cycle... I am very aware of this and take the necessary precautions on this cycle. Good warm up, Dynamic stretches, and start with 2-3 warm up(less weight) sets.
 
with tren you should have caber or prami on hand incase prolact bulid up..idk if u listed u did or not i didnt read it
