Low Test-Dr Prescribed

Hi All! Wanted to say I used to be a member of this board about 4 years ago and was a member for a long time. For the life of me I cannot remember my username, so I have a new one. But I noticed some of the same ol people here, thats cool!

Anyway, I have used several cycles in the past with good results. However, its been several years. Well now in my mid 30's I am no longer looking for huge cycles just extra test to get some motivation again to keep my workouts going...

So I have an appt with my doc in a few days to get my test checked. I am sure it is low. I have been fatigued, low sex drive, moody, etc. However I have heard that there are some ways to make sure your test is low for sure. Because some docs won't prescribe if you are on the low end of normal. So just in case, I want to be on the real low end.

So for all of you pro's that helped me with my cycles in the past, what are some ways to make sure this dr appt shows my test low?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the replies! Unfortunantly I don't have any T, Dbol, Tren, etc. So for any natural ways? I did hear that your natural test is lowest around 4-6pm, so maybe that is when I should take the blood test? Maybe no sleep the night before? How about fasting, anyone know if that would help. I know that working out can cause my T to elevate so I won't do that for few days.

Thanks for the help guys! Any ideas are much appreciated!

Thanks DH, that is a good idea. I can managed that. If anyone knows if fasting (no or little eating) would help or hinder? Or if certain foods cause lower T levels. I wonder if me and the wife get it on in the day, maybe I can get rid of some extra T. Although I don't want to be replenshining when I am tested. Although now a days at my age it takes some time to replenish if you know what I mean:D

So far I think I will get the appt later in day, no sleep, and maybe no eating for 12 hours or so (not sure on that yet, if anyone knows if you can reply and let me know if that will help or hinder)

Any other ideas are appreciated! Thanks for all the replies so far! And I am sure based on symptoms I have low T, so does the doc, but just in case I at "the low end of normal" I don't want that to prevent a script when I have read a ton of people getting scripts because the doc said they should be in the higher area. But some I guess are not getting scripts at the low end of normal. So I just want to assure I am below normal.

Thanks again!
