Low down off week blues...

Well I've decided to take this week off. It's my first week off since March and I'm getting to the point where my motivation is starting to drop.

So what fun and interesting things do you guys (and gals) do when you take time off from the gym?

Here's what I'm thinking of:

Normally I do sprints on Sundays. Maybe I could do an extra night or 2 of these this week. Or some short distance steady running (2-3 miles).

Maybe check out a yoga class at the gym. Nice scenery and my flexibility needs improvement anyhow.

Swim some laps at the pool? I'm not much of a swimmer though.

Hope to hear some more ideas!

do some swimming, thats pretty relaxing. and i agree with smurfy, if i wasnt training i would probably sit in my room and stare at the wall, like the guy from sling blade. that or course is supplemental to being on the internet.

Heh - it sure is. I feel almost lost.
 
i took a week off and decided to use it to try out the keto diet.
all i've been able to do is play video games to keep my self from thinking about pasta. but hey im ripped now =)
 
thats the same with me, i feel like SHIT when im not training. i feel like an overgrown lump of out of piece shit :(
