Low Doses- Who REALLY Grew From Them???

low doses are best

i prefer low doses because my downt time between cycles is shorter, and there is less of a crash. I only cycle for 2 or 3 weeks at a time I take 4 weeks off. i never go over 2ccs , no matter what im using, always stack to receive benefits from androgenic compounds and anabolic ones as well. I always get great gains from deca and d-ball. the reason i do such small cycles is so i can keep what i gain. i only gain 8-10 pounds every cycle, but the thing to remember is i keep it and gain more every cycle. this truly is the best way to juice. if you do an 8 or 12 week cycle you can gain alot of mass but when you come off its just too demanding on the body to maintain 20 or 30 pounds, and this is not gonna happen that often either unles its your first cycle. I always make gains. i built my 170 pound body to 200 naturally after 6 years of trianing , and in 18 months cycling ive gained 50 pounds, while mainting a 7-10% bodyfat for those of you who are curious , i use the high intensity training principles , like dorian yates and the late mike mentzer. the trick is eating a rediculous amount of calories in the off period. i also dont believ in cardio, it uses energy that could be stored for lifting and growing. im NPC right now, going for big one , if any one wants advice email me @ [email protected]

:confused: could you please share some of those "magical" cycles i think there are a lot of guys here there would like to gain 10 lbs in just 3 weeks :confused:

I like the idea of shorter cycles, BUT i see a flaw in your method of thinking (not flaming just trying to help). If you used prop, dbol, susp, fina or any other short acting steriods for 3 weeks it would be 3 weeks of use. But when you start using thinks like test enan, deca, sust, etc (longer acting steriods) then it really not 3 weeks. So say u did deca/dbol for 3 weeks...you still have deca in your system around 18 days after ur last injection which is more like a 6 week cycle. Im assuming that ur counting the weeks you dont inject as off weeks (correct me if im wrong) so that means that ur only really off for 1 week and thats probly why you dont lose ur gains. On the topic of gaining 10 lbs in 3 weeks its very easy using drugs like dbol and susp (although a lot of it is water). 3 week cycles are fine just stick with short acting drugs like I suggested. A great shorter cycle i like to run is fina, prop, n winny for 6 weeks. Its awesome - def one of my favs. If i confused ya or ya didnt understand me write me back. I no i was kinda confusing.
 
I gained 30 lbs. on anavar and dbol but lived at mcdonalds. 10mg var and 20mg dbol on my first ever cycle 15 years ago.
 
primo and gains

I ran a 7 wk cycle of primobolan (first cycle) at 250 mg a wk and 7th wk shot 300mg. My intial goal was 8 wks at 250 but some how I came up short with transfering the primo into a galss vial. Anways I went from 194 to 217 not all solid but kept all my gains. I am actaully at 224 now but a little more fatty. High doses (my opinion) are needed by people that abuse. 250 mg of primo made me feel like an OX but then again this was my first cycle. my next cycle is probapy gonna be deca 250mg a wk with 50 mg proviron.

That is a very inaccurate statement but as far as the cycle goes....yes for your first one if you do everything correctly you should reach your goals.
 
Seems like everyone responds differently to AS....which makes sense b/c our receptors are all a little different.

I'm guessing that the hard gainers need more to kick themselves up....probably most people will do ok on low dose cycles...but there is a lot more experience with the higher ones and no-one wants to waste their time or money so "if a little is good....." probably takes over too.

Bottom line: everyone has to THINK about what they're doing as they do it. Your the best person to decide what works for YOU.
 
It's all about CONSISTENCY!

I was curious what AS was going to do for me. So that being said, I decided to test how well I would respond to AAS. Although I've done my research on various AS compounds, I've decided to use dbol ONLY@15mg for 4 wks+1wk taper. Everyone flamed me to $hits.. But I didn't care so I proceeded on.. During those 4wks time my weight peaked + 12-15lbs.. My diet improved and so did my training intensity.. I didn't take anything post cycle(tapered to 10-5mg am only the last week).. 2mths later, I've retained 6-7lbs /w a slight increase on bf..

I believe that strict diet and proper training brought me those types of gains; and the AS helped by giving me the slight edge..

Relying on drugs isn't the smartest.. there's little to gain but more to loose.. for me, it's just not worth it.. that's why I stick to low dosages.. just my .02cents
