Low Doses- Who Grew From Them???

Guys, who REALLY grew(25-30lbs) from using low doses on their FIRST cycle(ie.Test@250mgs a week, Deca@200-300mgs a week, and Dbol@25-30mgs a week)?
 
Ranger, I'd like to know who gained 30lbs of muscle and kept it from any dose.
I don't know anyone. I see all these young guys taking massive dosages and eating like pigs. They gain 10lbs of fat 15lbs of water and 5 lbs of lean muscle.
 
All my cycles are low dose. Last cycle was 200 mg/wk Test Cyp, 300 mg/wk Deca , and Dbol 10 mg/d 5d/wk peaking at 25 mg/d 5d/wk. This was over a 10 wk period. Started at ~220 bdy wt, ended at ~235, now (4 months later) at ~230. Bench started at 315 for 8, went to 14, now at 12. Bench @ 365 started at 3, then to 7, now at 5. Dummy shoulder presses started at 100 for 10, then 130 for 9, now 120 for 8. Although I only gained 15 lbs, I was very happy with my strength gains and ultimately, retention. It continues to be my opinion that lower doses over a longer period of time are more beneficial (at least in my case anyway). My training partner, who was on it heavy made huge gains, but also had huge losses.

Well said, it's nice to hear from someone that knows what they're talking about.
As for the original question, I did 200mgs of Deca/week as my first and peak cycle gained 15, 7 or 8 stayed. Those are good gains for someone that has that has hit a plateau.
 
I gained 25 lbs from my first cycle. It was 8 weeks of Deca @ 400 mg a week. My bodyfat went up about a percent according to a water test. I kept all but about 2 lbs.
 
I never go over 25mg's of dbol per day and still grow. Of course I usually stack it with about 500-750mg of sust and finish the cycle off with some sort of anabolic like anavar, winny or primo. I feel that the anabolic at the end helps to keep the gains.

Can't remember my first cycle, it was way too long ago!
 
MAN I HAVE BEEN DOING LOW DOSES FOR 6 YEARS AND HAVE WENT FROM A 120 LB TOOTHPICK TO 200 LBS HARD. ALL THIS FUCKING IDIOTS ON THIS BOARD WHO THINK HIGH DOSES ARE NEEDED ARE JUST LAZY BECAUSE THEY DON'T WORK OUT PROBERLY AND DIET RIGHT. PEACE
 
TR! Just finished Deca300 Test cyp 500 and dbol30mg for 6 weeks. On the clomid now. I started at 165, about through 8 weeks I was up around 193, now 186 and holding. It will work bro. People cant get over the change when they see me. Of course everyones curious. Right now hittin the powder creatine, great pumps off that. All my water disappered around my 11th week, definately less bloat now.
 
I'm a firm beleiver in low doses and short duration. I never stay on on particular drug for more than 5 weeks. I'll probably get shit for this but it works for me. I trained naturally until the age of 25 and was a hard 190. 2 short cycles over the past 3 years, as well as training and eating almost to perfection during that time, has yeilded a solid 235. I don't think I'll go much higher due mostly to my line of work as weel as me being realtively happy at where I'm at. I'm planning a summer cycle: 400 mg Primo, 200 mg EQ x 5 weeks. All I'm doing is looking to harden up a bit.
