All my cycles are low dose. Last cycle was 200 mg/wk Test Cyp, 300 mg/wk Deca , and Dbol 10 mg/d 5d/wk peaking at 25 mg/d 5d/wk. This was over a 10 wk period. Started at ~220 bdy wt, ended at ~235, now (4 months later) at ~230. Bench started at 315 for 8, went to 14, now at 12. Bench @ 365 started at 3, then to 7, now at 5. Dummy shoulder presses started at 100 for 10, then 130 for 9, now 120 for 8. Although I only gained 15 lbs, I was very happy with my strength gains and ultimately, retention. It continues to be my opinion that lower doses over a longer period of time are more beneficial (at least in my case anyway). My training partner, who was on it heavy made huge gains, but also had huge losses.
