LOW DOSE vs HIGH DOSE

This thread is in response to the "low dose...why?" thread

I think it is a good topic to discuss. Let's compare results from the two schools of thought. Everyone be completely honest when reporting gains please. Everyone give your personal experience and the results. What were your doses, and your stats before and after. Make sure to include your age and experience with training.
 
A good thing to do would be to start off safe and increase it as time goes on seeing how you respond.

I do agree though that 250mg test for the average user is going to be low for substancial gains
 
I'm personally a "low doser" but as i explained in the previous thread its because of my goals. I have no problem with high doses for guys who want to achieve a higher level of fitness (provided they aren't substituting high doses for poor diet and training).

I just want to look good naked.

I usually suggest 250 every 5 days, which is not 500 a week, but more than 250. I think that is the sweet spot for a first when running test. It averages out to be about 350 mg a week over a 10week scale. If you can't get big gains off that, then you need to tighten up your training and diet.
 
agree with dabuffguy,, 250mg every 5-6 days,, if u dont grow off that then you are doing somthing wrong and should not be using steroids to begin with.....
 
best cycle I ever had.

1-12 825mg andropin 275 ew
1-10 300mg deca ew
1-4 50mg dbol ed

This was my 3rd cycle. I have found for me mid range doses work for me. Well I consider this mid range lol. 750 test,300-600 with deca, 600 for eq, 60mg ed is best for me with dbols, 100mg ed with prob works best for me,100mg suspention is fucking great for me, 100mg eod with tren is what I like when using it, never going to use winny again, var is around 60-80 for me, meh.

Point is start out low, learn about yourself and how you react, how you feel, what sides you get,what works best for you. Start out low on everything and work up or down and find what works best for you in regards to gains vs risks/sides. Find your sweat spots and stick with them once you find them till they no longer work. No reason they should not though.

I can take 3000mgs of test a week and not need to use AI's. But I have a feeling Im in the minority on that one so its kind of difficult for me to recommend a high dose cycle to someone when more than likely there gonna end up with a set of DD's.lol And frankly, many peeps dont respond as well as myself. Aside from some acne I dont get the nasty sides.
 
My first cycle was 500mgs test e, 400mgs deca, 30mgs d bol and i gained over 30 lbs. Over the years I have had to increase my test to get same results.

I am now on 1500mgs test e ew, 600mgs deca ew and I have already gained 20 lbs. I went from 230 to 250 in 6 weeks and still have 6 weeks left. I just threw in 60mgs IGF-R3 on training days and expect to gain at least another 10-20 lbs on this cycle.

Like everyone is saying start low and increase as needed.
