Low dose powdered DNP?

Has anyone tried this? Is it as effective as a low dose of crystal DNP? I know people say 200 crystal, but with the powered should you maybe go 400 a day? Also if you are capping DNP yourself do you need to do anything to it before putting it into the caps?

you need to mix it with a filler or it will degrade the caps.

Also, do any chemical companies ship the stuff? How long does it take? What do you tell them?
