i have run dosages as high as 2000mgs weekly of various mixes for 16 weeks
and have felt kind of yucky real bloated ect. and other than the water retention dont know that overall muscle gain was that amazing.
but for last few years I am on replacement dosages and
ill do a real mild
200mg weekly dose for 6 weeks and it seems to work well is it in my head or do you think that you can get good gains on low dosages just looking for opiniions thanks
