low carbs / competitor's

Just wondering how low carbs and/or calories do you guys do when getting ready for a show? Also for any competitors out there I would love to hear about what changes you make to prepare for a show during the last week(ie, carb-up, carb deplete, diuretics, cutting out water, de-carb workout?)
 
There's plenty in the archives about low carbs, no carbs, carb cycling, etc. Try a search - sorry, I'd help, but I don't really know.

However, I'm interested in your second question, too - the final week. I'd love to hear experienced competitor's/trainer's plans for that week.

There is one thread by Fennec - VDL bumped it recently, that has a bit of this info in it from Sassy, but anyone else? Got a set plan?
