Anyone live off these things??? Damn..I'm not even low carbing it, but I think they are better than whole wheat........garlic flavor is key......ton of fiber though.......couple that with broc. and I'm bloated all day....lol...anyone try the huge ones?

They don't sell them in my area & don't want to pay the $$$ to order them.....but I've seen a lot of positive feedback on them.....

Hope some stores around here will sell them soon

I imagine we're talking about the "LaTortilla" ones..

For the Canadians, you can get them at www.lowcarbfooddepot.com

Each tortilla has:

50 cals
2 g fat
11 g carb (8 g fibre) - so 3 net g carbs
5 g protein

INGREDIENTS: Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Oat Fibre, Soya Bean Flour, Cold Pressed Canola Oil and/or Safflower oil. Contains 2% or less of the following: Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate). Salt, Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Citric Acid, Sorbic Acid, Calcium Propionate (to maintain freshness).

you got it......anyone eat these like they are going out of style? You can bake them and eat em as chips too.......at 50 calories, man......

JKurz, what do you do to bake them? Just put them in the oven, or do you brush them with oil or something?

I love these, but only eat a few per day as I'm on CKD.

how many do you eat? I'm not on low carb, but still love them....just toss em in the oven..maybe some spray butter, garlic, or splenda and cinnamon....

I'll have 2 a day... gotta keep the carbs < 20 and I get a few grams here and there from other sources, so I don't like to go too crazy with the tortillas.

I'm gonna try the chips thing.. sounds good. :p

I usually have one wrap with chicken on my off/cardio days for lunch, and then substitute it for a yam or sweet pot. on days that I train, so I really only eat one 1 or 2 times a week......thinking about adding them to my meal on top of the yam, but I also have veggies (broc. etc.) and dont want to feel boated all day from the fiber..............

What about the Subway Low-carb wraps, anyone have the nutritional info for them offhand?

Subway low carb wraps are 11 net grams of carbs each.

Ingredients: whole wheat, soy and sesame flour.

That's all I could find on the website.
