Beef jerky, protein bites, whey protein shakes w/a healthy efa, cut up steak from a BBQ (cut into small strips), egg whites (boiled). I am sure there are far more clean choices, but I don't really "snack" I just eat when it's time to grub!

cheese, peanut butter ( natural, non hydrogenated ) mixed nuts and low sugar ( 6gm) yogurt. oftentimes i mix peanuts in my yogurt........dense calories so it fills you up and takes care of a sweet tooth.
when i am carb cycling i usually buy turkey cold cuts from safeway. Lots of protein and i just snack on them when i am really craving, dont eat too much though becasue of high sodium content, i usually only snack on them during lift days usually before i lift, the bloating helps with my joints.
