Low Carb Doritos are the best thing since NPB

I just bought a bag of low-carb "Doritos Edge" at Wal-Mart. And I must say, they are a must have.

14 chips have 9g carbs and 3g fiber. No transfats, and 10g protein(soy)

The original is great, they also have tostitos and cool ranch.

They are a little dry, but they sure to go well with a can of tuna or a bunless sandwich. Not something I'll eat everyday, but definatly something different.
 
only thing to worry about is the ingrediants.....

but hey at least there is SOMETHING better than regular chips to eat.....

ever made your own? get low carb torillas, put in pan w/ FF pam or whatever and cook till crips, then cut up into chips.....pretty damn good.
 
Haven't tried that, I've often wondered if it would work.

Have you ever tried the cheesy pork rind recipes that are posted on the net? I would love to try to make some of those.
 
140cals, 10gfat, 1.5sat, 10g prot, 9g carbs.

Before you get out your flaming torch...keep in mind I didn't say this would be good to include everyday. Its good for those of us who are tired of pork rinds.
