Low carb beers?

you have to drink like a hog to gain weight from drinking. but yea. 13 beers is over 1000 calories... the "ultra-light" beer has like 10 fewer calories than miller light. It is all marketing, like javaguru said.

empty calories. if you consume 10 beers that is an extra 1000+ calories your body has to deal with that it cant use. I'm pretty sure it converts it to somethin else and stores it somewhere, but dont quote me on that until one of the chemical guru's explains it in nerd terms
 
might as well drink regular beer right? why drink chilled carbonated pee when you can enjoy a crisp BUDWESER

i posted about your thoghts a couple posts up.... but anyways.... i read a study where dark beer in moderation was actually good for you, especially compared to light piss beer like budweiser. I cut out almost all the beer out of my diet, but when i'm off cycle i'll have an occasional thick dark beer from a local micro-brewery
 
yeah I've cut otu alcohol completely for themost part. Problem is my tolerance is high so unless im having 10 or up i'm not feeling much of anything. It's not even about getting drunk, but 4 or 5 hours watching the hockey game and playing games is lots of time for a lush like myself to polish off 15 beers. *rubs belly* Poor poor belly. In closing, I leave you with this

I think its because when you consume alcohol, your body gives the alcohol preference as its main source of energy and will not burn fat or anything else until all the alcohol is out of your system.

Also, you dont really think about it, but as someone said before, you tend to eat a lot of crap when you drink.
 
Michelobe ultra has 2.6, and miller light has only 3.2. Michelobe is just smarter for fooling people into thinking that their beer is healty.

When you injest alcohol, your body resorts to useing the alcohol in your system for fuel. All carbs fat and protein in your system go unused and end up getting stored as fat. Alcohol has a priority of being burned first before any carbs or fat are used. So basicly anything you eat while drunk gets stored as fat.

One pottential good thing about alcohol, is that it lowers the ammount of fat that your digestive system could absorb.

Bingo...plus alcohol is more calorie deense having 7cal/gm.

Stay away...if you drink, just removing it from your diet will result in great improvments in your physiqe in a couple of weeks.
