I surely aint no lady but I´ll answer if there isnt a problem
Start the day without carbs. It is the only thing that enables me to choose the time to consume em, otherwise I just go mad every other meal.
I´ve been using cottage cheese mixed with 2 whole eggs in the microwave plus a spoon of sesame oil, then I only consume carbs imediately pre and post workout and in the following 1 or 2 meals, depending on the carbs avaiable!
1 scoop of all the whey protein vanilla
1 tbsp SF/FF vanilla pudding mix
vanilla extract to taste
add water to right content blend on low for 2 minutes
pour in bowl put in refrigerator and let sit for 10-30 minutes
EAT !!
But i prefer my icecream maker from walmart : P with 3 scoops protein powder and 1 TSBP of heavy whipping cream to make my own icecream treat add some almonds, and some strawlberries and your good to go
Okay I know I am not a chick, but I had to post a suggestion for something to eat when you just can't take it anymore.
Half cup cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of smuckers sugar free strawberry preserves.
I think that ends up something like 9 carbs so it's not too bad. if you wanted to lower the carbs you could use a teaspoon of sugar free strawberry jello mix instead of the jelly.
I know how bad these damn carb cravings can be as I have two young daughters so my house usually has some kind of junk food snack stuff. They know to hide it from me, but I swear I can root out chocolate like a truffle pig.
But the real key to overcoming carb cravings is to not get stoned and go to bed early.
