people always say how certain things can immediately remind you of something. well music is that for me, and i'm sure it is for alot of you all too.

i was just chillin listening to some tunes, and fates warning "we only say goodbye" (which is a good tune) was on the playlist, and damn if it didn't bring get me thinkin about a girl i've got alot of history with. the lyrics are too damn fitting.

i could probably run through a long list of songs that put me back at certain times with certain people, but i haven't heard any tongiht.

anyway, just figured i'd post up and see if anyone here had any songs that do that to them.

Stupid R&B songs do that to me. Case's Missing You and Ginuwine's Differences bring up memories that I wish were stricken from my memory.

Same thing with a lot of oldies, but not so much with hardcore and metal besides Death By Stereo making me think of running on a cold winter night at 2AM.

exactly....things i wish were erased from my mind altogether. and RnB is good for that (alot of songs i could mention), so it's probably a good thing i don't hear much of it too often.

Yeah, I'm right there with you man, except I have a lot of those songs on my computer so they tend to come up on shuffle. It's like Russian Roulette.
