I realize to get any results when dieting you have to eat well, and go to the gym, and do cardio but I would like to know if you combine this with Yohimburn DF can you burn body fat in your abs and keep it off or are all these people that say they are seeing great results with yohimburn just bsing or working for the company? yohimburn is completely ineffective if you aren't dieting hard, i know from alot of experience. when i cut my carbs (which is the most essential piece when using yohimburn) it worked awesome. when i had carbs it was a waste of $70.
to use it properly, there should be no carbs eaten 4 to 5 hours pre use and 2 hours after. that's why it's best with am cardio and before bed.
i had huge handles, they are all gone now. i owe all of this to hardcore diet, then yohimburn.
