I remmeber a while ago you posted that you did 315 x 6 on the barbell row.

Just recently you said you did 315 x 8, that is 2 rep increase, unless I am wrong.

2 rep increase is enormous for the lifter of your experience, your low volume routine is surely working!
 
Actually. . .it was a personal record.

I have been making progress each workout and the intensity remains high.

Due to the extra weight gain, I have noticed significant gains in strength and size in the back, hips, and thighs.

For now, I am in rest mode. . .the elbows are severely aggravated.

nice! if you dont mind, can you tell me some of your other lifts?

my BB rows are really week. i can only squeak out 185 for 8 or so really sloppy reps. my bar is chrome though, if that makes any difference
