Lost Supp Package

So..
I ordered from a reputable company and I followed fed ex tracking.
basically it was about 10 lbs of protein(various kinds) totaled about 85$ in total

I went with FedEx ground and with the apt. complex we live in. I signed a form for all packages to go to the lobby. Always worked. The tracking said it was delivered to my door and i never got it.

Any chance ill get reimbursed or a reorder?
Who do i call FedEx or the company

this blows!!

Well if the item was left at your door I would think you have no shot with the company you bought the product from. Fedex? You say you signed to have the item left at the lobby? Is the lobby far from your door?

I live in a complex too. Items are left at my door if I'm not home. Never had a problem but if my package was taken I'd file a police report and notify building management. I would also let my neighbors know of me calling the police and I'd give a "wait till I get my hands on them" kinda speech.

You may not have another stolen after that.

Well when i sign my leased they agreed to hold my packages for me.
so the dingdong delivery driver left it at my door and i never signed for the actual package.

Is it to late to do a police report?
I didnt really wanna call the cops to my place, last resort kinda thing but i did talk to the girls in my appt complex lobby.

why would you sign for it if you didnt receive the item in your hand?

the driver could've just stole it....it's weird....that's not very smart of you dude
