Lost Scoop For ON 100% whey

If anyone would be so kind to help me out here. I lost My scoop for my Optimum nutrition 100% whey. If some one could use thier scoop and a house hold measuring device to determine how much it is I would greatly appreciate it. I looked on optimum nutritions web site for an email address, and I contacted bodybuiding.com to get help but no luck.

On the back of the bottle it says that 1 serving is 30.4g

And on the scoop it says 70cc

It's 1/4 of a cup.

That would be great If i were home in the US, but im in Kuwait.

Spending $100+ Dollars to order another 10Lb bag when i still have 5Lbs left, just to get a scoop = not cool. Thanks for the thought.
