I am opening a new office and did not have access to the internet (or phone from the office) for around 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately I guess that was too long for the elitefitness email account that I had as they temporarily suspended it due to "lack of use" There is a link to reactivate but when you click it, your only option then is to pay the 29.95 subscription rate rather than reactivation of the free account I had. I hate to subscribe for a new one with a different name... Has anyone else had this happen and how do I get it to work again? I found NO tech support e-mail addresses or phone numbers to call for this.
