I have been trying to not go out and party and get my act together and gain some weight. I was up to 181 in the morning on wednesday. Wednesday I had a lot of shit happen and my last meal was at 5 pm. I drank and did some coke that night and didn't eat till 12 noon the next day. I stepped on the scale the next day before I ate anything and I weighed 177. I know I have a high metabolism but did I just lose 4lbs of muscle in one day from not eating or was it mostly water weight? Both times I weighed in the morning after I woke up so I didn't think it would be water weight.... what happened... i'm pretty pissed..
