Loss cardio endurance

50 yr male, 5'10". 215 lbs

I just finished with my second cycle. It was 500mg testE and 400 mg mast per week for 12 weeks. Then week 9-12 I added winny at 50mg per day. I'm half way thru my pct of clomid, unleashed, post cycle and formstanzol. My cycle was great. Rally nice gains in both strength and size. However I really noticed my cardio fell thru the floor. Before this cycle I used to run a 5K on Tuesdays and Thursdays as my cardio. Part way thru this cycle I couldn't do this any more. I also noticed doing things like tire flips and clean and presses just wiped me out.

My concern is in May I would like to do a strongman competition. But I would like to run my third cycle starting in April. I was thinking of Test and Tren. But will this kill my endurance for this competition? Is there something else I should consider that wont kill my cardio.

Anytime you add mass your endurance is going to suffer....the sport I compete in requires a lot of endurance & from my experience most AAS hinder your endurance.

& to answer your question yes test/tren will hurt your endurance.
 
wait a minute!! but i thought steroids made you bigger, faster, and stronger??!!!

oops! i guess the name of a bad documentary isn't true after all.

no, steroids will wreck your running times if you are an endurance athlete. endurance athletes blood dope, run EPO, run a LOW LOW LOW dose of test, and run a low dose of GH. thats a typical stack for endurance guys.. this notion that you can run a test, winny, mast cycle and become a faster runner is malarkey spouted by guys who never ran a road race in their life

and whoever gave you the idea that tren and test will be a good idea to boost cardio endurance you need to kick in the nuts.
 
I knew my cardio would take a hit. I just didn't expect it to be hit as hard as it was. I know Tren will definitely hurt my endurance but I was hoping to get the benefit of more strength before the event. But man if all I can do is suck air I will be useless at the competition.

I know how you feel....but I guess there's always a catch or give or take in life.

I remember when I first cycled I was expecting to be like superman, I was coming off a injury so I was being watched by team personel on how I was progressing. I was training my ass off and when the time came to check my endurance...it was horrible!!! Itt seriously looked like all I did was sit around and eat ice cream. It was embarrassing and a tough learning experience!
