Losing Weight

I am currently using Winstrol,doing @ 1 hour cardio, and a fairly hard workout 6 days a week. I have my diet in check. I have been doing this for about two weeks now. My question is, how long does it take to start dropping weight and noticing a difference? I currently haven't lost much of anything, but I have started to harden up a little.
 
winstrol does not burn fat. NO steroids burn fat. your diet and cardio burn fat. less cal in then burned per day = weight loss

Honestly, if your diet was in check...you wouldnt have to do an hour of cardio a day.

Adding anabolics or stimulants to the mix is not your answer.

Get your diet straight.

ABS are made in the kitchen.
 
75mg ed yes it is oral how long for it to kick in. Im not asking how long until I see results. What typical wait time until it kicks in.

Mad props to the brotha i quoted, abs are made in the kitchen! can't be said enough, you wanna get lean, you want a six pack, get your shi* straight in the kitchen!!!! K to ya bro!
 
weight lose is simple...3500 cals less a week = 1lb if you diet and drop cals by 750cal per day, plus cardio to burn 250cal per day.. every week you lose 7000cals or 2lbs.

simple as that, now if you want to maintain muscle mass take most of your protein cals from protien powder and limit your carbs to fruits and veges.. but still get in 1 strong meal a day to keep your energy up.. I really like CytoGainer. 2 scoops in the morning gives 50gms of complex carbs and 25gms of protoin .. thats my breakfast when im dieting.

Hahahaha.. :)

I Just add up all the food I normally eat if I've been maintaining for a week... then average it by 7... from there... I add 400cals in the ratio of 40/40/20 to gain... and minus 400 cals in the ratio of 50/30/20... If I'm not gaining/losing at the rate I like... I up or lower the cals by 200...

You should have lost a couple pounds by now. Winny is not a weight loss drug though. Your weight loss will come from the calories you eat and the calories you use equation. I suggest you do something to increase your metabolism if you're looking for weight loss. Try the SesaPure/Glucorell combo from the AF Store or one of the Ultimate Fat Removal Kits to give you a better chance at success.

seaspure and yes/T-rex has help me and i am a heavy gainer i am at 13-to 15 bf% but it will drop more once i get off of the bulking cycle.good shit though (props to af-store).
 
Go here: http://www.fitday.com and setup a free account then track EVERYTHING you eat. You'll be surprised as to the calories you're putting in your body. I know I was the first time I started using it. I've tracked everything I've eaten for over 9 months. This is an excellent tool to help gain or lose weight.
 
When ever I go from a bulking or reg diet into a cutting diet, I usually loose close to 5 lbs week 1 & 2, then i loose a lb or 2 a week after 4 like 4 weeks then i usually dont loose weight but start hardening up , more vasc, etc. I kno everyones different but I would think u havent really adjusted your diet, watch sodium intake maybe ur retaining to much water??? As said b4 u can loose weight from diet alone, cardio helps but its REST DIET and REST, thro in sum training 2 :verygood:

WTF dont you sleep 1:40am, get a f*ckn job. All protein powder gives you gas if you eat like a fat bastard..Clean your system up clogged artery whore...

By the way my chest and traps are twice the size of yours!!!!!! Go do some more TBOL bish.....
