losing lean body mass? WTF!

OK, I was 245 13% like 3 months ago, now im like 240 17%. I used to be lifting 4 x a week, but right now I am only lifting twice a week to conserve energy for track. Why would I be losing lean body mass and putting on fat? My calorie intake is as follows

1680 from carbs, 1200 from protein, 900 from fat.
= 3780 total cals a day

I am dying here bros. I have lost like 13 lbs of muscle what the fuck!! I finished up a cycle in november, is it possible to lose that much muscle mass in a few months?

First of all, if you taking in 1680Carbs, 1200protein and 900fat a day you are taking in appx 19,620 calories!!!!!

Your nutritional breakdown has to be wrong!
 
are you doing too much cardio. check that first. when you do cardio monitior your heart rate make sure it never gets higher than 155bpm . keep your protein up

Those are the amount of calories i am getting from those food sources not the grams.... 1680 calories from carbs = 420 grams of carbs

I am doing ZERO cardio, do you think I need more than 300 grams of protein a day?
 
You may actually be undertraining. The least i would recommend working out is 3 times a week. And what did you say about track? Track is going to rob you of gains, it may help with bodyfat, but will definately rob you of weight training gains.-WULF

I compete in the throwing events in track, (shotput, discus, etc) So right now I am peaking in my season so I am not in the weightroom as much.
