OK, I was 245 13% like 3 months ago, now im like 240 17%. I used to be lifting 4 x a week, but right now I am only lifting twice a week to conserve energy for track. Why would I be losing lean body mass and putting on fat? My calorie intake is as follows
1680 from carbs, 1200 from protein, 900 from fat.
= 3780 total cals a day
I am dying here bros. I have lost like 13 lbs of muscle what the fuck!! I finished up a cycle in november, is it possible to lose that much muscle mass in a few months?
