losing 30 lbs

i need to loose 30 lbs in about 5 months if this is possible. my diet is well thought out. im 230 lbs at 5,11 inches. my cycle is tren, winstrol, cytomel and clen for not more than 8 weeks. I want to know if it is possible to loose this weight in a short period of time. I work out 4 times a week for about 1 hour a day. this is my second cycle, my last cycle was winny and tren.

not just tren and t3, tren/winstrol/t3/clen- that cycle would have high end injury potentials for joints and tendons. Be sure to warm up very thoroughly and take joint supplements, water, ALCAR, potassium and magnesium, taurine.

My joints just got sore for a few seconds while I was reading that. :worried:

first of all you can loose 30lbs in 6 weeks, it will not be 30lb of fat though, you will loose muscle and water along the way. Now 5 months = 20 weeks (roughly), loosing 1.5lb per week that puts you at 30lbs. The safe rate of fat loss is about 1-2lbs per week so you have just enough time to get wrid of the fat.

workout everyday (i lost strength)
i rode my bike for 3 hours on sat and 3 hours on sunday

i was 165 with no muscle i looked like cancer patient..

i was a fat fuck 2 years ago... and will never look like that again... job/married had kids it was easy
 
Football Double days tought me that you can do ANYTHING if you want to

we ran twice a day 6 days a week for 2 months in the dead of SUMMER with pads

jesus. 8lb drop per week? that is hard core to the brain. :evil: could you bench your weight after that?
 
dude its diet and cardio for real weight lose comes from DIET #1 and CARDIO
