loseing my abs

ok i never really had to watch my food intake and have always had a six pack. but now it seems this natural phenomenon is coming to an end. while i don't weigh alot 185lbs Im starting to gain weight the problem is its only around my stomach im 23 i guess my metablisim is slowing down but while i can still some what see my upper ads barely my lower abs are gone.Please can anyone give me tips on how to get my six pack back diet exercises etc the rest of me is fine all the wieght gain is going to my stomach thanks bros
 
Give us some stats, like your bodyweight history, height, training history, current training schedule, diet history, current diet, etc. It sounds like something in your routine has changed and caused you to gain fat, so maybe you can just change it back.
 
Consider yourself lucky. I've never seen my abs...regardless of how hard I train...it's an act of faith to assume that they are there. :D

Seriously, though...post some info on your diet and routine. You might just have to try a "standard" bodybuilding diet of 50/40/10 on carb/protein/fat. Normal diets have too much carbs and too little protein. Time to break out the protein shakes.
