loosing weight after a cycle

hey guys, after doing 9 weeks of training, ive gained about 10 pounds of bloat and fat on top of the gains- i was on sustanon 250 a week.

what can i do to help get cut. ive already changed my diet, and ive cut carbs and salt out.

i was wondering whether a cycle of test prop on its own would help me shift some weight. im also doing intense cardio three times a week.

any other ideas.

what i would do is eat clean keep of all the junk do lots of cardio 4-5 times a week if ya can
and have a look at some fat burning products form the af store.com
its going to take time but hang in there this will be the best way to do it as the pounds will stay off for longer hope this helps
 
id wait until a bit after your cycle,i find if i cut too quickly after bulking i lose everything ,thats why i run longer cycles also. you could toss in some clen and t3 if your still on,the test will help preserve mass
 
what about some test prop

i dont want to bulk any more, what kind of dossage would help me loose some bloat

ps- all points taken across about diet- but mine is pretty good- cardio is ok- 3 times very intensely a week.

going to look into thermorexin. whats the difference between that and t3.

if you have Normalized your endocrine system via Proper PCT then it is possible to resume training and pursue whatever goals you have in mind.

if your just going to do another cycle then

the classics will help of course:

Prop, NPP, Tren ect.
