You're always going to lose weight after a cycle no matter what you do. Weight doesn't always equal muscle weight however. When you're cycling you're eating in caloric excess and thus holding more water than normal. Once you go back to normal eating you'll lose some of this excess water. This doesn't even take into consideration the fact that test will cause water retention even if you're running an anti-e, depending on how sensitive you are to it.
You have to go into a cycle knowing that you're gonna lose a few pounds of whatever your max weight was. People seem to have a hard time with this but if they'd do their homework they'd realize it's unavoidable. Same shit happens to dieters. They hit their magic goal weight and then when they stop the diet they gain a few pounds back and get discouraged. They fail to realize that when dieting you hold less water than normal, so when you go back to maintenance you gain some of it back.
